What do I need in order to start receiving therapy?
Our therapy is home based and starts with a physician's order. We currently accept all forms of medicaid, as well as certain commercial insurance policies. While we are always working to expand our Private insurance base, they typically will only approve home based therapy for medically fragile patients.
Here is what you need for admission:
1. Physician's Order (referral)
2. Pure Tone Hearing screening within the last year (for ST)
3. Copy of most recent well-child checkup notes with reference to the need for therapy.
4. Most recent developmental screening.
The physician's office will provide these things when requested.

If you have concerns, talk with your physician. We can always evaluate them to see if they qualify.
