Our team of skilled professionals include licensed speech therapists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists, and licensed assistants. We use evidence-based practices to deliver the best possible care to our patients, while operating in an environment most comfortable to the child, as they perform every day tasks.

We offer a range of home health care services, including speech, occupational and physical therapy. Our therapies are tailored to meet the unique needs of each child, as our therapists work closely with families and caregivers to ensure that our patients receive the best possible treatment plan.

At 212° Therapy we always look for therapists who align with our values first and foremost! Those that always go the extra degree to provide the best possible care for our patients. We also look for those that will continue to educate parents on how to best compliment our care. We strive for EXCELLENCE in all that we do and that is a quality you will find in all of our therapists!

212° is the temperature in which water boils. At 211°, its just hot water. Once it hits 212° it creates steam and steam can power a locomotive! At 212° Therapy that is our mission, to go that one extra degree because that is where the MAGIC happens!!

212 Therapy is locally owned. Founded in Beaumont Texas in 2015, we do things completely opposite of Corporate America. We operate on strong community relationships that are built to last!!

212 Therapy, LLC was awarded Best of the Best in the Home Health category for 2025 by Beaumont Enterprise, voted on by our community!

“It may seem sooo simple to everybody else…but if you don’t know his story…you can’t understand my glory ***** has Apraxia…a neurological speech disorder where the brain and mouth don’t always connect to form his words. I cannot and will not ever be able to thank 212 Therapy for coming into our life and for the countless time, patience and love they have shown *****, and our family. A fantastic teacher and person.”

“I am so proud of this kid. He really is a blessing our life. He has gone form not being able to speak coherently to now we are scared of what’s going to come from between those lips! If it comes up, it comes out!”
“She loves to talk! She talks non-stop! She always asks for you. She said, ‘why hasn’t my friend came?’”
“I just wanted to share. **** has been doing really good lately. Today he started pointing to pictures. He said, ”Look!”. He has never pointed before. He was pointing and naming and imitating every word I said. Words and phrases. I can finally talk to him!”

“I’m so very proud of this kid! ***** has a speech disorder called apraxia. Simply put, it’s a neurological disorder where the brain and the mouth don’t always work at the same time. He didn’t stat talking in full sentences until he was 4 years old. Though we had sought out other means of help, it wasn’t until 212 Therapy became a very important part of our lives that he began to speak where we could understand him. Through hard work and being patient and loving on him, he now speaks and is able to communicate very well! Congratulations ****, my son, its official! I have me a first grader!!!”
“Thank you so much for working and being patient with my son. May God Bless you and carry you on this wonderful journey. I appreciate you. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.”
